The second and final Prime Day of 2023 is in the books, but they forgot to turn off the lights with regard to the Hasbro deals. If you're looking for collectibles in their Star Wars, Marvel, and G.I. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers fans have been snatching up the new 30th anniversary Funko Pops since they released this past July, but now they have a chance to score something extra special for their collection. Funko has unveiled the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 6-Piece Soda and Cooler set, which includes 6 Funko SODA cans filled with refreshing figures of the Red Ranger, the Pink Ranger, the Blue Ranger, the Black Ranger, the Yellow Ranger, and the Green Ranger. As a bonus, they come nestled inside a cooler lunch box that features the Rangers in battle poses, and each one of the cans inside offers a 1 in 6 chance of getting an extra rare black light chase variant (pictured above).

On the subject of rarity, 15000 of these MMPR 6-pack coolers sets will be produced, and the only place you'll be able to get one is right here at the Funko Shop for $100. Note that the cooler hasn't launched at the time of writing, but it could go live any day now. You can sign up for notifications, but the best strategy is to check back in the mornings to look for a message from Funko that confirms that it will be available at 9:30 am PT / 12:30 pm ET on that specific day. We've seen a lot of action figures for the 30th anniversary of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, so it was only a matter of time before Funko got in on the celebration. As part of their weekly Wednesday drops for July 26th, Funko unveiled a lineup of new Power Rangers Pop figures and Pop Keychains that you can pre-order here at Entertainment Earth now. They also added a glow-in-the dark Ranger Slayer Previews Exclusive (pictured below) that you can pre-order here at Entertainment Earth while it lasts. The standard collection includes the following figures:

In other Power Rangers news, it was revealed during this past San Diego Comic-Con event that Legend of the White Dragon, the final feature film starring Jason David Frank, will launch in 2024.

What Is Legend of the White Dragon?

Legend of the White Dragon is currently slated to release in 2024 as director and co-writer Aaron Schoenke explained that the team is now in the midst of reshoots to add in more materials that Jason David Frank had wanted. Which is why it will no longer be releasing on its intended date on September 4th this year, Frank's 50th birthday. "We were done with principal photography with Jason, and now we are doing reshoots to add a lot of things that he wanted to add in... We only get one chance to make Jason's last movie, and that's what's going to last for forever. So I hope you all understand, it's only because we want to make it the best possible."

Legend of the White Dragon stars Jason David Frank alongside Mark Dacascos (John Wick III), King Bach (Walking Dead, Greenland), Michael Madsen (Kill Bill 1 & 2, Sin City), David Ramsey (Arrow, The Flash), Aaron Schoenke, Jason Faunt, Rachel Brooke Smith, Ciara Hanna, Kevin Porter, Mayling Ng, Cerina Vincent, and Jenna Rae Frank. Its story is teased as such, "After being a fugitive on the run for three years, the White Dragon (Jason David Frank) has returned to the city he fought to protect. He must now clear his name and save the family he keeps in secret before the mysterious Dragon Prime (Aaron Schoenke) unleashes his own revenge on the White Dragon."

"When Jason David Frank tragically took his own life late last year, it became the filmmaker's mission to honor his legacy by completing the film the way Frank envisioned it. Frank was a beloved actor who still has a great emotional impact on fans around the world. He was a world-renowned and acclaimed martial artist, who brought the same passion to his performances on the screen. In this film, Jason David Frank plays Erik Reed, a complex character that really allowed him to showcase his incredible range as an actor," the press release reads.

"We are proud to have worked with such a talented actor, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share his final performance with the world," said filmmaker and co-star Aaron Schoenke. "Having been on this journey with Jason for 10 years, I know he would be beyond excited to know that Legend of the White Dragon will be opening in theaters."

Hasbro had several anticipated reveals up their sleeve at PulseCon, and one of the biggest was from the world of Power Rangers. Today Hasbro officially pulled the curtain back on the Power Rangers Lightning Collection Tommy Oliver Master Morpher, an item that has been talked about for quite some time but had never been confirmed by Hasbro. That changed today at PulseCon, and the Master Morpher will feature six diecast Power Coins that include all of Tommy's various Ranger forms from Mighty Morphin, Zeo, Turbo, and Dino Thunder. The Morpher also features all new lines of dialogue recorded by Frank before his tragic passing, and Hasbro Pulse will be making a donation to the JED Foundation to honor Frank's legacy with the franchise. You can order the Tommy Oliver Master Morpher exclusively on Hasbro Pulse right here for $64.99, and orders for non-premium Pulse members open up at 5 EST. The Master Morpher fits into a stone-styled base that fits all of the Power Coins. There is also a storage compartment at the center of the base if you want to store Coins there. Seeing the Morpher on camera, the chrome is impressive and immediately makes it pop off the screen. The coins are die-cast metal, and when you insert each coin into the Morpher you will get sounds and lines of dialogue based solely on that Ranger form. The button on the side opens the Morpher and it lights up around the coin before the dialogue kicks in.

Frank recorded quite a bit of dialogue for the Morpher, and the team said there are some easter eggs and plenty of references contained within the new lines. This is exclusive to Hasbro Pulse, so it may be a limited item, but hopefully, everyone who wants one will eventually be able to get one.

During the presentation of the Master Morpher, Hasbro's Emily Bader said, "We were able to work with the wonderful late Jason David Frank on this item. He actually came in and recorded new unique lines for the audio for this item. And so the Master Morpher is going to be one of our Pulse Con exclusives for today, and we are really really honored that we were both able to work on this product."

"That it was something we were able to do as a company, and we just wanted to take a moment for...Power Rangers is a lot of fun and a lot of excitement, but just a quick kind of serious moment to say thank you so much to Jason for his legacy on the brand. For his family. For helping us work through this process, and that we just really appreciate everything about this item," Bader said.

"So in honor of the release of the Lightning Collection Master Morpher and Jason's legacy, Hasbro Pulse will be making a donation to the JED Foundation, which is a foundation that provides support and resources to mental health protection and suicide prevention among young adults and teens. And so many of us at Hasbro, both Tommy and Jason were some of our childhood heroes, and so this opportunity to work with Jason David Frank on this time was really a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will always cherish," Bader said.

A Haunting In Venice Review

In his 3-star review of A Haunting In Venice , ComicBook.com movie critic Charlie Ridgley agreed with ComicBook Nation host Kofi Outlaw that the film is at odds with itself, even while being entertaining overall:

A ghost story and a murder mystery shouldn't have much of a problem coexisting, but Branagh directs this film as though they're two separate entities. When the film is only focused on its haunted elements, it's intense and intriguing. When it's focused on being a whodunit, it's as entertaining as Branagh's first two Poirot films. But for some reason, those two things can't live together with any sort of harmony. There's a constant whiplash from one to the other, from the tone of each scene down to the way they're shot. At times, it feels like there are two different movies here. They're both pretty solid, but it's exhausting to watch them play tug-of-war.
